That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on optical and metallic networks, ensuring service availability and quality. * Work in the field to identify and resolve link outages and signal degradation. * Ensure proper laying and accommodation of optical cables on poles and underground ducts. * Conduct inspections of splice closures, optical distribution points, and other external network elements. * Follow technical standards, safety procedures, and best practices for working at heights and with electricity. * Record performed activities, prepare technical reports, and complete service orders. * Support network improvements to optimize performance and expand capacity. * Ensure correct use of PPE and tools, maintaining personal and team safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (preferably with a technical course in Telecommunications, Electrotechnology, or related fields). * Experience in optical and metallic network maintenance. * Knowledge of FTTH, FTTx, GPON networks, and backbone topologies. * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications will be an advantage. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. * Availability for fieldwork and emergency response on shift duty. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance * Group Life Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance * Giga+ Discount * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Day Off * Total Pass * E-learning Platform on Intranet * Giga Inclusion Aid * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST-TELEMEDICINE offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
