Management of strategic projects and executive agendas Responsibilities: · Monitor KPIs, goals, and action plans across departments; · Prepare managerial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making; · Track project timelines and deliverables for strategic initiatives; · Organize board meetings, committee sessions, and strategic meetings; · Draft and distribute minutes, presentations, and executive communications; · Manage the board's strategic calendar; · Support meetings with key clients, suppliers, investors, and authorities; · Develop dashboards and presentations containing analyses and insights for decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA are preferred; · Industrial environment experience is desirable; · Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; · Strategic management tools (BSC, OKR, SWOT, 5W2H, etc.); · Project management tools (MS Project, Trello, ClickUp, etc.); · BI and data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
