Plan and manage data backup routines and physical server maintenance 100% presencial em Fortaleza **MISSION:** Maintain a reliable, secure and efficient IT infrastructure, as well as the applications and systems currently in production to ensure smooth operation. Conduct, monitor and measure IT solutions projects related to infrastructure, systems and security. **SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:** **Area of responsibility 1:** To maintain the integrity of the Infrastructure * Assure all offices infrastructure are compliant to group standards. * Monitoring availability of physical and logical resources. * Plan, implement and manage data backup routines. * Rack and servers physical maintenance and organization. * Hardware technologies and products related to infrastructure: Servers, NAS Storages, Monitoring systems (APC), Power Supplies (UPS and related). * Software technologies and products related to infrastructure: Windows Server editions, Virtualization (VMWare and HyperV), Azure Cloud Infrastructure management, Network monitor and Inventory tools. **Expected Results:** Assure infrastructure availability and performance aiming business continuity and security as well as plan improvements and sizing according to business requirements. **Area of responsibility 2:** To conduct, monitor and measure IT projects * Plan, implement and manage IT and OT projects related to infrastructure improvements, Cloud Environment (Azure and AWS) and Information Security, received from other group IT teams or local management. * Provide periodical follow\-up with internal and external providers, reporting results to local management. * Search, evaluate and procure IT solutions related to each specific project. * Collaborate with KPI generation and management visibility. EDUCATION \& EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * Degree: Degree Required in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Security. * IT and System Requirements: Knowledge in Cloud Platforms, Windows Server and Clients, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 and AGILE methodologies. * Language: Fluent English * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Systems/VMWARE/Cloud systems.
