Knowledge of maintenance for leisure equipment Requirements: Completed high school; Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance services in areas such as electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, furniture, and equipment; Knowledge: preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical and plumbing installations; Knowledge of maintenance for leisure equipment; Proficiency in using manual and electric tools to perform various repairs; Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality; Preferred: technical or vocational training courses in electrical systems, plumbing, or building maintenance; Skill in handling maintenance tools and equipment; Familiarity with safety regulations applicable to maintenance work in building facilities; Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
