Job Summary: The Supply Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain, ensuring material supply, inventory balance, and alignment between demand and production capacity. Leadership and Supply team development **JOIN MODA COLMEIA** **LOCATION:** FORTALEZA \- CE **POSITION:** SUPPLY COORDINATOR **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering. * Experience in supply chain coordination, including procurement, materials planning, logistics, international trade, suppliers, and production. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in S\&OP processes, with emphasis on aligning demand, production capacity, inventory, and supply. * Experience in developing and monitoring supply strategies focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, quality, innovation, and sustainability. * Experience in strategic negotiations, supplier management, contracts, SLAs, and budgetary control of the area. * Experience in monitoring direct, indirect, and private-label procurement. * Knowledge of risk management, compliance, performance indicators, management reports, and action plan development. * Ability to propose continuous improvements, digitalization, and optimization of supply chain processes. * Experience in leadership, team development, and tracking area deliverables. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the supply chain, integrating procurement, planning, S\&OP, logistics, international trade, suppliers, and production. * Ensure raw material supply, inventory balance, and alignment between demand and production capacity. * Establish and monitor the S\&OP process, considering sales forecasts, product mix, production, and batch scheduling. * Develop supply strategies focused on cost reduction, quality, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. * Supervise direct, indirect, and private-label procurement, ensuring favorable negotiations, delivery timelines, and material quality. * Monitor suppliers, contracts, SLAs, performance, and strategic partnerships. * Coordinate logistics and international trade processes, monitoring costs, timelines, documentation, and risks. * Control the departmental budget and identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization. * Monitor KPIs such as savings, inventory turnover, OTIF, lead time, service level, and supplier performance. * Prepare management reports and analyses to support executive decision-making. * Promote improvements in departmental processes, systems, and tools. * Lead, guide, and develop the Supply team. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance; * Discount on brand products; * EAD training platform; * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Wellhub (GymPass); * Pharmacy discount (Pague Menos); * Telemedicine and online therapy. **INSPIRE, WELCOME, TRANSFORM.
