Monitors sales performance, results, and equipment maintenance **Description:** * Supervise the activities of Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists, and other staff to ensure compliance with guidelines; * Perform store opening and/or closing at the beginning and/or end of the shift; * Conduct overall cash register closing and submit information to the finance department; * Manage technical-administrative aspects of dispensing activities; * Receive funds from cash withdrawals performed during the shift; * Inspect whether after-sales service is being properly executed; * Implement disciplinary actions toward staff, such as warnings, suspensions, and dismissals, when necessary; * Process payroll payments according to monthly salary slips, collect signatures on payment receipts, and provide improvement feedback; * Communicate with the HR department regarding staff-related matters, including vacations, hiring, dismissals, working hours, schedules, warnings, timekeeping issues, early departures, etc.; * Monitor motorcycle fleet inspections and oversee preventive equipment maintenance; * Conduct inspections of store areas at the beginning and end of operating hours; * Monitor sales, promotional campaigns, and sales representatives' performance; * Monitor stock shortages recorded in the Alpha7 system; * Monitor and identify traffic violation fines incurred by company vehicle drivers; * Control near-expiry and damaged products.
