Super Frango is a company specialized in the production and marketing of poultry products. It offers a variety of fresh and frozen items for the food market. **Responsibilities:** Lead, motivate, and develop the team through departmental meetings and other initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and effectively addressing their needs. Monitor and control inventory, ensuring product availability, organization, and compliance with company standards. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene regulations. Analyze sales and performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and sales. Participate in recruitment, training, and continuous team development, ensuring all members are adequately equipped to perform their duties. Control and optimize store resources, including budget and operational expenses. Implement and monitor promotional activities and merchandising strategies to maximize sales. Prepare and present store and team performance reports to senior management. Attend performance review meetings to present store results. Report to and liaise with executive management during meetings and implementation of new processes. Previous experience as Director, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Team Leader may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
