**About the opportunity:** We are seeking a **Production Analyst** to support the plant's operational needs, monitor productivity, and assist the pairing and relief departments to ensure uniforms are delivered according to the client's contractual requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Handle complaints and potentially stalled items at the laundry; * Monitor production controls and indicators; * Assist as required by hierarchical supervision; * Support the daily, weekly, and monthly input of attendance and productivity spreadsheets. * Report SGI non-conformities. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Production Engineering * Knowledge of productive process improvement * Knowledge of time and methods control (scheduling, production cycle, etc.) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English or currently studying English **Working Hours:** * Business hours Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: *Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree
