Work as a team to ensure an efficient and safe workflow **Job Summary:** Assist in food preparation activities, kitchen organization and cleaning, ensuring quality and efficiency in customer service at the Crocobeach beach shack. Collaborate as a team to maintain an efficient kitchen workflow aligned with hygiene and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist cooks in food pre\-preparation and preparation (cutting, cleaning, portioning, plating); * Organize and maintain kitchen, utensils, and work areas cleanliness according to health surveillance regulations; * Assist in receiving and storing supplies, verifying product expiration dates and conditions; * Stock workstations with necessary ingredients and materials for food preparation; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately; * Follow instructions from chefs/cooks and adhere to kitchen routines; * Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a collaborative work environment. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior kitchen experience (preferred, especially in high-volume environments such as beach shacks, bars, or restaurants); * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Agility, attention to detail, and willingness to work as part of a team; * Good communication skills and proactivity; * Physical stamina to work in hot environments and under intense pace. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Food handling hygiene training course; * Previous experience at a beach shack or seaside kitchen. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On\-site meals; * 15% discount at the Educative Driving School; * University partnership program; * Eyewear store discount; * Health and dental plan discounts; * Academic incentive program; * Sports incentive (running); * Crocobeach store discount.
