We are a global company that values diversity, ambition, and a collaborative, empowering attitude, offering our employees all necessary support to make their careers as rewarding as possible.**Job Description** --------------------- Facility Security Assistant, responsible for supervising and enforcing physical security procedures, and for internal loss prevention activities.**Requirements** -------------- Experience in facility security and loss prevention; Knowledge of facility security systems; Strong communication skills; Flexible working hours;**Responsibilities** --------------------- Carry out corporate procedures within the department, including employee and departmental inspections, locker room checks, and cargo and process audits, to ensure accuracy of customer inventory; Visually verify the use of uniforms and identification badges on company premises to ensure access is granted only to authorized personnel; Inspect the building and customer products via foot patrols to safeguard physical integrity of the premises and customer goods; Conduct cargo audits and internal loss prevention procedures; Investigate internally reported incidents by reviewing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and systematically analyzing processes to identify errors during loading and unloading; Deliver facility security-related training sessions during corporate onboarding programs for new employees to ensure awareness of local and internal policies.
