We are looking for an **SDR (Sales Development Representative)** to join our sales team and serve as the entry point for our customers! **Your Responsibilities:** * **Lead Qualification:** Promptly respond to contacts received via WhatsApp, social media, and sales platforms (Webmotors, OLX, Icarros, etc.). * **Initial Contact:** Conduct the first outreach, understand the customer's needs (trade-in, financing, or cash purchase), and spark interest. * **Scheduling:** Arrange showroom visits and forward qualified leads to sales consultants. * **Administrative Tasks:** Update our system (CRM), organize incoming/outgoing documents, and assist in updating vehicle listings. * **Follow-up:** Maintain contact with customers who have not yet scheduled a visit to keep their interest active. **What We Look For:** * Experience in customer service or sales (automotive industry experience is a plus but not required). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear Portuguese, no slang). * Proficiency with technology (WhatsApp Business, CRM, and spreadsheets). * Resilient, organized profile with goal-oriented mindset. **What We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** Competitive with market standards. * **Commission:** Bonus for scheduled appointments and converted sales (attractive variable compensation). * **Weekly Allowance** * Dynamic work environment and opportunity for growth in the commercial area.
