Evaluate the operation of solar energy systems (operational efficiency, fault identification, performance optimization). Prepare billing reports. Manage general pending issues with utility companies (requests, complaints, communications, etc.). Handle cases with utility companies. Collaborate to ensure customer success. Provide support in warranty processes with manufacturers. Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Auditor, Quality Coordinator, or Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
