**Responsibilities and duties**
* Lead process mapping, analyzing scenarios and identifying improvement opportunities and gaps;
* Plan, execute, and monitor implementation projects from conception through go\-live and stabilization phases;
* Monitor the demand backlog, including prioritization and scope adjustments;
* Ensure appropriate documentation throughout projects.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields.
* Experience in Process Management;
* Knowledge of BPM is desirable;
* Proficiency in Process Modeling tools (BPMN, Camunda, Miro).
