This professional will support the design and production departments, ensuring products meet the company's defined standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the development of pilot and production garments * Analyze pattern making, drape, finishing, and measurements * Conduct technical fittings and identify necessary adjustments * Verify technical specification sheets and ensure they are complete and up to date * Provide technical support to sewing, pattern-making, and production teams * Ensure garment quality standards prior to production release * Identify and propose improvements to production processes * Monitor deadlines and production schedules **Requirements** * Technical qualification in Apparel, Fashion, or related fields * Prior experience in the field (experience in garment manufacturing is a plus) * Knowledge of pattern making, fabrics, and sewing processes * Ability to read and interpret technical specification sheets * Attention to detail and quality awareness * Organization and proactivity **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong communication skills * Analytical mindset * Agility * Teamwork * Commitment to deadlines and results Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: starting at R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
