Job Summary: Perform maintenance and cleaning of industrial kitchen equipment, assess operational conditions, and document technical information, all while adhering to safety regulations. Opportunity for professionals with or without experience **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment and machinery; * Clean exhaust systems, hoods, and ducts; * Assess operational conditions and performance of machine and equipment components; * Lubricate machines, components, and tools; * Document technical information; * Implement quality and environmental preservation actions, and work in accordance with safety regulations; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. 1 \- Cleaning and maintenance of hoods, ducts, and exhaust fans; 2 \- Cleaning and maintenance of deep fryers, ovens, and stoves; 3 \- Cleaning of walls, floors, and ceilings; 4 \- Cleaning and maintenance of grills. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * CLT employment regime I Availability for night shifts * Hours: 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM * On-demand I Hourly work **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Experience in maintenance and cleaning – Preferred; * Availability to work during night hours.
