Our mission is simple: **to help property owners find tenants quickly, securely, and transparently**. We are scaling rapidly and seeking people who want to **grow alongside us**. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Prospecting new property owners in regions served by 7Cantos; * Providing in-person and online customer service, building strong client relationships; * Conducting cold calls and engaging with partners who could become sales channels; * Negotiating, registering, and managing the portfolio of properties listed on the platform; * Focusing on results to meet established targets; * Participating in team rituals to learn, share, and grow together. What we’re looking for in you: * Completed high school education; * Experience in **sales, prospecting, cold calling, and negotiations**; * Energy, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset; * Preferred: experience in real estate or property leasing.
