Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing construction quantity surveying, planning and organizing teams, and ensuring service quality in civil construction. Key Highlights: 1. Performing construction quantity surveying and cost management 2. Focusing on quality assurance and service delivery 3. Planning and problem-solving with teams Perform construction quantity surveying based on field data to determine quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and required services; Participate in processes aimed at ensuring service compliance and quality; Engage in team planning, organization, and problem-solving; Disseminate knowledge of AF's construction process standards, tools, and assumptions to teams; Complete maintenance and installation reports, as well as other reports related to the role; Conduct project quantity takeoffs; Receive and organize daily logs (man-hours, equipment, and extras); Collect supplier and client approvals for quantity surveying; Identify and prepare extras beyond scope; Analyze and verify subcontractors' quantity surveying; Input quantity surveying data into the Lumina system. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Education; Experience in civil construction companies.
