A distributor is seeking a Logistics Manager professional in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Manage the entire logistics operation of the group, including distribution centers, warehousing, order picking, shipping, inventory counts, transportation, fleet management, and delivery. Ensure productivity, inventory accuracy, operational safety, cost control, and service level compliance. Monitor logistics KPIs and develop action plans to reduce losses, delays, damages, and rework. Lead coordinators, supervisors, team leaders, and operational teams, reinforcing management routines and execution discipline. Guarantee proper use of logistics systems (WMS and ERP), ensuring adherence to processes and data quality. Previous experience as Logistics Director, Supply Chain Coordinator, Operations Manager, or Logistics Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
