**On a day-to-day basis, you will:**
* Support the preparation and review of explanatory notes to the financial statements
* Support monthly accounting closing (reconciliations, variance analyses, and balance validation)
* Respond to external audit requests (organizing documents, preparing analyses, and tracking requests)
* Prepare financial reports and analyses for stakeholders
* Contribute to process improvement and standardization (data organization, report automation, and routine documentation)
**To participate in our hiring process, you must have:**
* Degree in Accounting Sciences (in progress or completed)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
* Organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
**Nice-to-haves:**
* Intermediate English
* Experience with BI tools and report development
* Experience in large-scale companies and/or intercompany operations
* Experience with financial statements (individual and consolidated)
