Description
**Activities**
Monitor inventory control routines, including controlled medications in satellite pharmacies, Class A items, high-cost items, and expiration dates;
Monitor storage temperature and perform related records;
Participate in pharmacovigilance, technovigilance, and medication loan control activities;
Participate in medication reconciliation, protocol monitoring, risk score analysis, and laboratory test evaluation.
**Requirements**
Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy undergraduate program starting from the 4th semester;
Interest in working in the hospital sector;
Completion of Pharmacology and/or Clinical Pharmacy coursework;
Availability to work morning shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM).
Compensation: R$950.00 per month
