Support in inventory management and cash register closing **Manager Opportunity – Fortaleza/CE \#1207** Employment Type: Permanent We are looking for a Manager to work at a beauty and retail unit, focusing on customer service, team management, and operational routine. **Responsibilities** * Customer service with a focus on customer experience. * Team management: scheduling, absence tracking, and medical certificates. * Inventory management and order requests to headquarters. * Support sales associates with cash register closing. * **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role or similar positions. * Basic computer skills. * Completed high school education. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.600,00 * Meal Voucher: R$ 13.50/day * Transportation Voucher * Bonus for achieving targets **Working Hours** From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Location: Fortaleza/CE (Rio Mar Shopping) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
