Key Responsibilities * **Customer Support:** Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them around the store. * **Cash Register Operation:** Assist with payment processing, opening/closing the cash register, and efficiently packing products. * **Organization and Visual Merchandising:** Keep racks, shelves, and inventory organized according to store standards. * **Garment Preparation and Care:** Prepare clothing items (ironing/steaming) to ensure they appear immaculate in the sales area. * **General Support:** Assist with daily store operations as needed by the team. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, high energy, and focus on customer experience. * **Availability for shopping mall work schedule** (including weekends and holidays). * Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cash register operation is considered an advantage (but if you're highly motivated to learn, we’ll train you too!).
