Maintenance Supervisor Position Description: We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our company's maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and facilities remain in optimal working condition. Responsibilities: * Lead the maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Identify and resolve technical issues in equipment and facilities * Monitor team and equipment performance indicators * Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely supply of required parts and materials Requirements: * Prior experience in the role of Maintenance Supervisor * Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Leadership ability and teamwork skills * Organizational skills and efficient problem-solving ability * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
