**Key Responsibilities:**
**Operations Coordination:** Implement and monitor operational routines across all units, ensuring that service culture and quality standards are replicated with minimal variability. Govern workflows from patient registration through to report delivery.
**Leadership of Distributed Teams:** Coordinate reception supervisors and team leaders located at different geographic sites, promoting goal alignment, professional development, and agile resolution of local conflicts.
**Shift Management:** Plan and adjust work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for high-volume operations while minimizing idle time or overload.
**Technical Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, or Production Engineering. Specializations in Healthcare Management or Process Management will be considered advantageous.
Proven track record in diagnostic imaging centers or high-complexity healthcare operations, with demonstrable experience managing multiple units simultaneously.
Knowledge of hospital information systems (RIS/PACS), quality process standardization methodologies (e.g., ONA), complex shift management, and in-depth understanding of healthcare regulatory standards.
