Job Summary: Professional to develop supply intelligence, manage goals and performance, create policies, support digital transformation, interact with internal customers, and ensure best practices. Key Highlights: 1. Develop a supply intelligence system and digital performance indicators. 2. Support digital transformation and development of tools in Procurement. 3. Ensure best practices and interact with internal customers and the Procurement team. Description: * Completed undergraduate degree * MBA completion preferred * English language proficiency preferred * Experience developing dashboards and KPIs using Tableau and/or Power BI * Experience with Procurement policies * Experience with agile methodologies, Six Sigma, etc. * Experience with programming or AI applications in Procurement * Experience with goal setting, measurement systems, and presentations * Develop the supply intelligence system for Goal & Performance Management, KPI and digital indicator development, Procurement policy creation, and governance management aligned with market best practices; * Support the digital transformation of the Procurement function by developing tools and bots, interfacing closely with the IT department; * Ensure optimal utilization of Procurement tools and systems (e.g., Tableau) by Procurement team members through appropriate development and application tailored to their needs; * Interact frequently with internal customers and the Procurement team to understand adopted strategies and proactively anticipate their needs; * Support internal and external audit management; * Ensure Procurement best practices through benchmarking and knowledge exchange with the industry; * Provide intensive support to Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Registration, Logistics, etc. * Perform duties in compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety regulations. 2512110202491913276
