Management of operational routines and performance indicators The company seeks an Operational Coordinator of Solutions professional in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Lead, develop, and align the operational team. Coordinate service post implementation and decommissioning processes. Monitor occupational safety activities (PPRA and PCMSO). Control periodic medical examinations for the team. Authorize payment and procurement requests (within authority). Provide support to operational supervisors. Develop and manage work schedules. Ensure control over overtime, allowances, absences, and leaves. Coordinate routes and visits to work sites. Size reserve staffing levels and optimize team resources. Conduct client visits and monitor satisfaction levels. Lead team follow-up meetings. Control incident records. Coordinate staff reassignments when necessary. Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements. Previous experience as Operations Manager, Solutions Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
