Creation of operational routines and standards **Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor the performance of outsourced cleaning and maintenance teams. * Ensure consistently immaculate accommodations. * Anticipate structural issues to prevent corrective maintenance. * Develop routines, checklists, and operational standards. * Conduct periodic inspections and supplier alignment. * Support operations to guarantee an impeccable guest experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in the hospitality industry. * Experience with logistics, team organization, and processes. * Strong management and problem-solving skills. * Analytical, organized profile with a focus on operational excellence.
