Job Summary: Operate the oil roasting process, monitor equipment, ensure quality and food safety parameters, and perform operational adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Oil roasting process operation 2. Food safety and productivity assurance **Responsibilities:** * Operate the oil roasting process, monitor equipment performance, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and productivity parameters. * Monitor temperature, roasting time, feed flow, and other process conditions, performing operational adjustments as needed. * Monitor product consistency, identifying potential deviations such as burning, under-roasting, or irregularities, and reporting to supervisors for corrective actions. * Perform machine feeding, as well as sector organization and cleaning, in accordance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Industrial environment experience or machine operation experience is desirable; * Preference for candidates residing near Barra do Ceará. **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan (adhesion-based); * Dental insurance plan (adhesion-based); * Profit-sharing plan every six months; * Educational institution partnership program.
