Join us in aligning your purpose with our business and becoming part of our success story. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Sell agricultural machinery and implements; * Prospect new clients; * Manage the entire sales process; * Build and maintain relationships with agricultural financing managers; * Participate in trade fairs and events; * Keep the CRM updated and deliver reports; * Actively participate in commercial meetings and gatherings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets; * Experience selling agricultural machinery (preferred); * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license category B; Must serve the Ceará region. * **Additional Information** * Contract type: Individual contractor (PJ); * Fixed salary plus progressive variable compensation, based on achievement of objectives; * Company-provided vehicle; * Travel expenses.
