Coordinate maintenance of machines and equipment An automotive products manufacturing and trading company is seeking a Production Coordinator in Fortaleza. T\-Ract is a company specialized in technology solutions for transportation and logistics management. We provide innovative tools to optimize operations and increase efficiency in the sector. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and ensure the execution of the company's production activities and requirements, based on evaluation of the production team's performance indicators, provision of technical guidance, analysis and development of strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency of production demands, as well as ensuring compliance with safety standards. This involves developing, implementing, and evaluating action plans, identifying needs for process adjustment and optimization, aiming to ensure product quality and fulfillment of items required for sale. Coordinate responses to production demands, considering assessment of availability of raw materials and necessary components. This activity must be carried out jointly with Supply Chain, International Trade, and Commercial Coordinators to plan production feasibility and product adjustments. Additionally, it is important to identify opportunities for cost reduction and re-adjustment of production planning, among other aspects, to promote alignment between the company’s management team and ensure fulfillment of production demands. Coordinate and ensure fulfillment of preventive and corrective maintenance requirements for factory machines and equipment, based on evaluation, validation, and monitoring of the implementation of maintenance activity planning. This includes inventory assessment, approval of material budgets, provision of technical guidance to the team, and development of improvement projects, aiming to ensure full functionality of machines and equipment. Coordinate and ensure compliance of Production Planning and Control (PCP), based on analysis of alignment between the plan and production demands as well as availability of production lines. This activity involves verifying sales forecasts, evaluating and requesting supplies and other materials from the procurement team, as well as analyzing production-related indicators and planning actions to resolve emerging bottlenecks, with the objective of ensuring smooth production flow and fulfillment of product demands for sale.
