Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote technical support to company departments. * Format and repair desktops and notebooks. * Provide customer service via the company’s communication tool or ticketing system (GLPI). * Perform checklists and monitor company environments. * Analyze service requests and internally escalate to Level 2 and Level 3 teams. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Computing, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of computer networks * Prior experience in IT technical support * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively solve problems * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday)
