Maintenance of IT governance and technical documentation ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Provide technical support to internal users through available channels (GLPI, corporate chat, and other means defined by the company); Log, classify, and track incidents and service requests; Deliver N1 and N2 technical support in accordance with established SLAs; Process and post payments in the corporate system; Support IT infrastructure routines (servers, networks, and environment monitoring); Maintain IT governance; Update and organize technical documentation; Keep records, procedures, and asset inventories up to date. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Basic knowledge of technical support (hardware and software); Fundamentals of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN); Knowledge of Windows and Linux; Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office suite; Understanding of virtualization, backup, and monitoring (preferred); Organized, communicative, and proactive profile; Strong written communication skills for technical documentation. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
