Job Summary: Administrative/accounting professional with experience in HR routine tasks, labor legislation, and support to coordination and management teams. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with labor legislation and submission of information to government agencies **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. Basic/Intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of labor legislation. Proactive, organized, and team-oriented. **Responsibilities:** Register biometric data in time clocks and access control gates; Request system access permissions; Manage the Group's time attendance system; Provide support to coordination and management teams whenever necessary; Understand existing processes and seek improvements; Generate and submit banking files; Prepare, monitor, and submit personnel-related information to SEFIP, eSocial, DCTF-Web, and other required agencies or systems; Track benefit requests and cancellations; Execute operational and systematic Group vacation management processes; Respond to employee requests via Helpdesk; Process union dues payments; Perform other duties inherent to this position. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + Health insurance (optional enrollment) + On-site cafeteria + Life insurance + Employee referral program + Partnerships with universities and SESC + Career development plan Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting from R$2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
