Job Summary: Responsible for corporate legalization processes, including company incorporation, amendments, dissolution, and issuance of licenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities. Key Highlights: 1. Handling corporate legalization and compliance processes 2. Monitoring and managing processes in the Gclick system 3. Drafting and analyzing legalization contracts * Perform company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution processes. * Issue and track permits, sanitary registrations, environmental licenses, and fire department certificates (initial issuance and renewals). * Monitor and manage all processes via the Gclick system. * Handle company formation, amendment, and cancellation procedures with JUCEC. * Draft and analyze contracts related to legalization activities. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and requirements set by regulatory authorities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Or completion of a Technical course in Accounting Sciences. * Prior experience in this role is desirable.
