**Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Analyst – Esmeralda / Worklab** Fortaleza – CE \| On-site CLT \| 44 hours per week Do you have experience with **LIS** platforms such as **Esmeralda (TCM)** or **Worklab**? Do you want to assume a strategic role ensuring the operation of the system that supports the entire clinical laboratory workflow? This opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Administer LIS users, roles, licenses, and configurations * Register and maintain tests, health insurance plans, labels, reports, and test results * Respond to critical incidents affecting patient care * Support units in resolving system-related queries and operational failures * Manage integrations with analytical equipment (biochemistry, hematology, serology) * Administer integrations with ISSEC, TISS, and billing systems * Plan and execute updates in both staging and production environments * Interface with the system vendor (TCM / Worklab) * Document procedures and train internal teams **Requirements** * Proven experience with LIS: Esmeralda, Worklab, or similar systems * Understanding of laboratory workflows: registration, tests, health insurance plans, reports, and billing * Ability to perform effectively under pressure in critical scenarios * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in IT or healthcare is a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** * Direct experience with Esmeralda (TCM) * Knowledge of ISSEC / TISS * Basic SQL knowledge * Experience with HL7 / ASTM integrations * Clinical laboratory experience **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 3\.000,00** * Meal allowance: **R$ 16.00 per day** * Transportation allowance * Hapvida health and dental plan (co-payment required) * Birthday Day Off **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT \| Full-time \| On-site Job Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Payment: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
