Performs interior and exterior painting and touch-ups. **Idealize ENGENHARIA Hires – Painter (Civil Construction)** **Job Summary:** A Painter in civil construction is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paints, coatings, and finishes on walls, ceilings, metal structures, and other areas, ensuring quality, durability, and good aesthetics for the project. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare surfaces (sanding, leveling, correcting imperfections, removing old paint). * Apply filler, sealer, undercoats, and primers when required. * Perform interior and exterior painting according to defined standards. * Carry out touch-ups, corrections, and ensure uniform finishing. * Prepare and mix paints, observing colors, proportions, and technical specifications. * Protect furniture, floors, and areas not intended for painting. * Maintain tools, materials, and equipment organized and in good condition. * Follow safety regulations and use appropriate PPE. * Assist in selecting materials and types of paint when requested.
