If this aligns with your career path, apply to our opportunities. \#vemserBoavista! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of strategic financial reports, including annual budget, periodic forecasts, and variance analyses (actual vs. budget/forecast); * Develop, review, and implement financial processes and controls, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and accuracy of information; * Coordinate the monthly and annual financial closing process, ensuring adherence to deadlines, data quality, and compliance with accounting and regulatory standards; * Conduct economic\-financial performance analyses, identifying risks and opportunities, and support senior management with strategic recommendations; * Structure and monitor KPIs, ensuring visibility into performance and key drivers of results; * Influence and collaborate across company departments (finance, accounting, operations, leadership), ensuring alignment, information quality, and process execution; * Serve as the technical reference in controller functions, indirectly supporting team development and promoting continuous improvement of practices and routines; * Actively participate in defining financial policies, long-term planning, and the company’s strategic initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in controller functions, financial planning & analysis (FP\&A), and accounting closing; * Strong analytical capability and proficiency in financial modeling; * Experience in budget and forecast preparation and management; * Knowledge of accounting standards and interaction with auditors; * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools; * Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technology/SaaS companies; * Exposure to implementation of processes or systems (ERP/BI); * Knowledge of valuation, DCF, or financial feasibility analysis. **Additional Information** * iFood Benefits — meal allowance/meal voucher with flexible usage; * iFood Club; * Health insurance plan via voluntary enrollment, with **50% covered by Boavista and no co-payment;** * Dental insurance; * Wellhub (access to gyms, Pilates studios, and health apps); * Pharmacy discount program; * Star Bem — wellness support when you need it (two sessions with a psychologist and one session with a specialist); * Avus — discounts at pharmacies nationwide; * Birthday Day Off – choose how to enjoy it; * Talent referral bonus.
