Maintenance of workplace organization and hygiene * **Ingredient Preparation**: * Wash, cut, and portion ingredients such as cheeses, vegetables, cured meats, and other items used on pizzas. * Assist in preparing dough and sauces according to the pizzaiolo's instructions. * **Pizza Assembly**: * Support the pizzaiolo in assembling pizzas by adding ingredients according to recipes and instructions. * **Quality Control and Inventory Management**: * Assist in inventory control, reporting when supplies and ingredients need replenishment. * **Cleanliness and Organization Maintenance**: * Keep the work area clean and organized during service and at the end of the shift. * **Support to the Pizzaiolo**: * Provide support to the pizzaiolo throughout all preparation stages, including dough stretching, pizza assembly, and supply restocking.
