More than executing tasks, each person has the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of millions of Brazilians every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain high-level relationships, communication, and commercial negotiation with suppliers, ensuring alignment and development of strategic partnerships. * Monitor the entire procurement workflow—including product registration, order issuance, dispatch, and receipt—tracking deadlines, service levels, deliveries, and stockouts (zero-stock items). * Conduct market and category performance analyses to identify growth opportunities, competitiveness, and result optimization. * Actively participate in supplier meetings—including preparation of materials, definition of strategic agendas, indicator analysis, and presentation delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Data Analysis, or related fields. * Prior experience in areas such as Finance Backoffice, Customer Service, Risk Analysis, Call Center (SAC), Auditing, or Data Analysis will be considered a plus. * Experience with chargeback processes is desirable but not mandatory. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with data analysis and manipulation tools—such as SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and DBeaver—will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** BENEFITS: * Meal allowance (per collective bargaining agreement); * Transportation allowance; * Annual bonus; * Health insurance (subject to eligibility based on location and position); * Dental plan (voluntary enrollment); * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Pague Menos Corporate University offering courses and training—Up Farma; * Gold discount at Pague Menos Pharmacies; * Pharmacy benefit program (Epharma) with payroll deduction; * Wellhub (a well-being platform offering physical activities, mindfulness, and more); * Educa Mais (personalized plans for undergraduate and graduate degrees, mentorships, free courses, and language learning); * Pague Menos mobile phone SIM card; * Car rental discounts; * Airline ticket discounts; * On-site fitness programs (subject to location); We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, or age.
