Focus on safety, quality, and results **Job: Logistics Supervisor** **Location:** Maracanaú - CE (and adjacent regions) **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Logistics Supervisor** to lead our company's logistics operations, ensuring smooth warehouse, shipping, and transportation processes. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the operational team, planning logistics routines, monitoring KPIs, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, managing departmental expenses, and overseeing building maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the logistics team (inventory, shipping, and receiving); * Ensure correct product picking, verification, and movement; * Plan routes and organize freight transportation; * Monitor and track logistics KPIs; * Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Prepare management reports and provide accountability to supervision/management; * Train and guide logistics staff; * Control operational expenses of the logistics department; * Monitor and ensure implementation of preventive and corrective building maintenance. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree completed** in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * **Proven experience in logistics**, preferably in leadership roles; * Knowledge of logistics management systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to lead teams, sense of urgency, and decision-making skills; * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or supplementary courses in logistics; * Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and freight routing systems; * Experience in beverage industry companies.
