It provides services for process optimization and organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Management and supervision of the sales team and promoters. Monitoring of popsicle and ice cream distribution operations along defined routes. Customer prospecting and retention. Execution and monitoring of routes and schedules. Preparation of reports, performance tracking, and market analysis. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Commercial Team Leader, or Customer Service Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
