Responsibilities * Manage daily store operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, operators, and support departments. * Monitor performance indicators, revenue targets, and profitability. * Conduct inventory control, cyclical stocktaking, and support merchandise logistics. * Ensure proper execution of campaigns, promotions, and store visual standards. * Perform cash register opening and closing, monitor cash withdrawals, and deposits. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and upkeep. * Comply with and enforce internal company procedures. * Perform **other duties** inherent to store management.
