




**Job Description** We are looking for a **Sales Commercial Supervisor** to supervise the production, compliance, and quality of procedures adopted by subordinate teams. Monitor commercial and expansion indicators for the city under your responsibility, including sales and installation targets. Track customer satisfaction levels with Brisanet Group’s products and services. Work together with the Growth Coordinator to develop sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies for the city under your supervision. * Lead and align your team through follow-ups, training, feedback, task delegation, conflict resolution, motivation initiatives, performance evaluations, hiring requests, transfer or termination requests, disciplinary actions, and other people management activities; * Promote and reinforce the organizational culture within the team (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy); * Monitor and analyze area performance indicators and define short- and medium-term actions to improve results; * Seek innovations and improvements that increase productivity and performance in area activities; * Monitor audit processes when necessary; * Prepare and present reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership as requested; * Participate in defining strategic and budgetary planning for the area when required; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Perform other related duties as required by the area and leadership direction; * Monitor and support external activities in city(s) related to sales and brand promotion for the Brisanet Group; * When necessary, monitor and support internal and external store activities related to sales and brand promotion for the Brisanet Group; * Ensure operational support for the Brisanet Group's external operations, providing resources (training, equipment, tools, and information) so PAP teams can perform their activities with quality; * Develop schedules and facilitate training programs for PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams, and monitor their effectiveness; * Monitor city performance indicators and targets for PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams; * Supervise PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams during field activities; * Ensure documentation is available and up to date for external sales teams; * Apply disciplinary measures or terminate employees from PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams when necessary; * Conduct value-based feedback processes for PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams; * Hold periodic alignment meetings with leaders and their teams; * Monitor and manage all performance indicators for the city where you operate; * Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to develop sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies for the city under your supervision; * Implement actions to resolve issues or improve indicator performance; * Monitor results and provide support when needed to Installation, Repair, and Splicing teams operating in your supervised city; * Monitor customer satisfaction levels with Brisanet Group products and services; * Fill out GB dashboard and conduct regional GBs with the Growth Coordinator; * Assess the need for FTTH infrastructure expansion in the city under your supervision when necessary; * Measure and evaluate results of commercial strategies implemented in the city; * Participate in administrative hearings related to PROCON and DECON when necessary; * Conduct meetings with public and private authorities when necessary; * Represent the company and its interests in public and private institutions; * Customer service, monitoring stalled sales, customer support; * Participation in the hiring process for new employees; * Approve employee contract terminations; * Manage employee time records; * Support the IMOC department and S\&L Monitoring department (when requested); * Make purchases via Suplly when necessary; * Handle notary tasks (document authentication and contracts) when necessary; * Deliver and retrieve materials in other cities when necessary. **What we're looking for in this opportunity:** * Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields; * Experience in team and sales team management; * Skills in indicator analysis, commercial strategies, customer service techniques, basic math, and basic computer literacy; * Experience in market research and route planning; * Experience in customer service; * Valid driver's license "AB" and defensive driving certification. **An advantage if you have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields;
