




**Description:** ---------------- The Entertainment Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all leisure and entertainment activities offered by the resort. The main objective is to ensure guests have memorable and high-quality experiences, leading and motivating the recreation and entertainment team. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and supervise the recreation and entertainment team. * Support recruitment processes for the area in collaboration with the Human Resources department. * Develop and manage work schedules and leave rotations, ensuring adequate coverage of all activities. * Promote continuous training for the team, aiming at developing new skills and maintaining service standards. * Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback. * Plan, develop, and implement a variety of entertainment programs and activities for different audiences (children, teenagers, and adults). * Ensure activities are executed according to the resort's daily, weekly, and seasonal schedule. * Monitor the performance of shows, performances, and events, ensuring quality and compliance with established standards and procedures. * Control inventory of entertainment materials and equipment, requesting purchases or replacements when necessary. * Conduct technical evaluations of equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and proper functionality for activities. * Monitor the department's budget, minimizing losses and optimizing expenses. * Track guest satisfaction regarding entertainment activities using satisfaction surveys and direct feedback. * Ensure a safe and welcoming environment in all recreational areas (pools, courts, beach, game rooms, etc.). * Prepare performance and results reports for senior management. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Physical Education, Leisure, Tourism, Pedagogy, or related fields is desirable. * Proven previous experience in supervision or coordination roles in entertainment, preferably in resorts or large hotels. * Knowledge of safety regulations and first aid (desirable). * Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report and spreadsheet creation. **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Pharmacy card * Shuttle bus service * Transportation voucher * Meals provided at employee restaurant * Employee housing\* * Food allowance\* * Day off on birthday * Programs focused on employee recognition and mental health * Zenklub platform
