WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Responsible for maintaining the entire restaurant’s cleanliness, ensuring all areas are sanitized according to the standards set by Health Surveillance for receiving goods, employees, and customers; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and replenishing soap dispensers, hand gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all locations where these items are used; * Responsible for operating the dishwashing machine (plates and glasses), and for sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for correctly storing utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during their use; * Follow the Good Practices Manual.
