**Job Responsibilities:** * Create maintenance plans and schedules focused on HVAC\-R; * Manage the maintenance technical team; * Identify fault diagnostics; * Monitor performance indicators; * Generate service verification and follow\-up reports; * Plan continuous improvement projects; * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established schedules; * Monitor maintenance activity progress and make adjustments as necessary; * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards; * Participate in training and development programs for technical updates; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes; * Fulfill requests from immediate supervisor for related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school and technical education in electromechanics, refrigeration, or electrical engineering. * Experience in HVAC\-R planning is desirable; * Proficiency in tools such as intermediate Excel and management systems (SAP, Prisma or similar); * A degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote our employees' well\-being and satisfaction.
