Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Operate Reach Stacker** for container and cargo handling at port areas, cargo terminals, or warehouses, ensuring proper organization and storage; * Perform **container loading and unloading** onto vehicles, trucks, and railcars, adhering to safety and efficiency standards; * **Position containers** according to the storage plan, ensuring cargo and workplace safety; * **Inspect equipment** before and after use, verifying proper functionality and reporting any maintenance or repair needs; * Control the flow of **material movement** within the yard, supporting the organization of loading and unloading areas; * **Follow safety procedures** for material and equipment handling, focusing on self-protection, colleagues’ safety, and cargo integrity; * **Record and monitor cargo movements**, ensuring accurate inventory control and tracking of storage logistics; * **Collaborate with the operations team**, carriers, and other operators to ensure efficient, continuous loading and unloading operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Proven experience** as a Reach Stacker operator or in operating similar equipment (e.g., container forklifts, gantry cranes, etc.); * **Forklift Operator Training (NR-11)** or equivalent (mandatory); * Driver’s license category B or C (desirable, but may be adjusted per company requirements); * Knowledge of **container handling procedures** and safe cargo handling practices; * Availability to work the second shift (afternoon/night/early morning); * Availability for on-site work in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to enhance our benefits package.
