Description

Job Summary: Perform unloading, verification, warehousing, and order picking of goods, as well as inventory counts and restocking, following established procedures and recording invoices in SAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and organizing goods 2. Verifying materials and invoices 3. Inventory and stock management ?? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload goods to ensure proper handling, following established procedures. Verify materials delivered by suppliers—whether internal or external—by comparing invoice or related document data against the physically received items. Store (package), sort, and handle products to ensure their integrity and organization (e.g., hardware, MDP, MDF, lumber, machinery, chemicals, etc.) within the local warehouse, adhering to movement and storage rules. Conduct product inventory counts upon request, or participate in, accompany, and support third-party inventory teams as required. Report any non-conformities identified during incoming inspection, storage, outgoing, or inventory processes to your immediate supervisor. Restock products at designated Picking locations (customer self-service areas) according to established procedures. Enter incoming product invoices into the SAP system. Fully comply with all established processes and adhere to company policies, procedures, work instructions, and applicable legislation.
