Does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission** Support the company’s judicial and administrative litigation activities, ensuring timely compliance, proper document organization, and support to internal departments; **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings, managing deadline tracking and systemic updates; * Prepare documents, evidence, and information required for hearings, expert examinations, and investigative actions; * Maintain an organized document repository and ensure proper chain of custody for evidence; * Assist in preparing periodic reports and submitting information to senior management and headquarters; * Support third-party law firm management, ensuring alignment of information and adherence to deadlines; * Conduct legal research and monitor relevant legislative updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** 1. Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration; 2. Basic knowledge of litigation routines, preferably labor litigation; 3. Advanced English proficiency is considered a plus; 4. Familiarity with court management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; 5.
