Analytical, detail-oriented, organized profile with strong time-management skills. **Description:** ---------------- The HR Analyst will be responsible for managing the entire HR department lifecycle, with an intense focus on working hours control (electronic time clock), invoices, payroll support, social charges (eSocial), benefits administration, and employee onboarding. Acts strategically to mitigate labor risks, anticipate issues, and ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) applicable to the sector. **Responsibilities:** * Working Hours and Time Tracking Management: Analyze electronic time clock data, resolve inconsistencies, manage overtime banks, and adjust work schedules, ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and specific collective agreements for the hospitality industry. * Support in Social Charges and Tax Management: Calculate and issue payment slips for labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and accessory obligations (DCTFWeb). * Compliance and Auditing: Support monthly HR audits by reviewing reports to identify discrepancies or errors, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Internal Consulting: Serve as the focal point for managers and employees regarding labor and contractual matters. * End-to-End Payroll Support: Process, verify, and validate payroll, including complex calculations (overtime, night shift allowance, weekly rest pay (DSR), overtime bank, tips/service charge), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Support in Hiring and Termination: Conduct, together with the manager, the full hiring process (documentation, registration, onboarding) and termination process (settlement calculations, homologation). * Labor Routine and eSocial Management: Support execution of all routines related to hiring, termination, resignation, leave, and absences.
